&Mother is a non-profit organization that is Dedicated to breaking the barriers that limit a woman’s choice to pursue and thrive in both career and motherhood, specifically in sport and athletics.

Course Description: The 5k course will start near the pool parking lot. It will start towards the pool and follow the trail around the lake turning left as they go. Up the hill will be the water station. After crossing the bridge, runners will go to the right of the loop and turnaround to do the course backwards as they came finishing where they started. The course will be marked and volunteers will be stationed around the lake to insure youth safety.
